Job summary

Partners in Special Education is seeking a detail-oriented reviewer to assess submitted IEPs, provide structured feedback to field staff, and ensure alignment of goals with required legal standards. The role supports compliance reporting and accurate data entry into IEP systems.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with IEPs, strong organization, and proficient computer skills across Word, Excel, Google Docs and Drive.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IEPs and legal requirements of documents.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Google Docs and Drive.

Responsibilities

• Review IEPs as submitted from field staff.
• Use rubric to review IEPs and provide direct feedback to SES teachers and other service providers.
• Review measurable goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Compliance Coordinator to provide feedback and update reports.
• File, email field staff, and communicate changes to IEPs.
• Input information into IEP information systems to reflect current services and goals.
