Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Process Owner – IDS to support the Senior Process Owner in developing, maintaining, deploying, and improving IDS processes at the regional level. You will gather operational requirements, document processes, train teams, track performance, and assist with deployments and optimization.

The role ensures adherence to IDS standards, material flow rules, delivery schedules, receiving practices, and traceability controls across sites, while enabling continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Maintain IDS SOPs, route maps, pick drop return point documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Update IDS documentation in alignment with global standards and Senior Process Owner guidance.
• Support units in designing IDS material flows tailored to their layout, volumes, and constraints.
• Help local teams set PAR levels, delivery frequencies, and goods receiving routines.
• Deliver training sessions and support new process rollouts.
• Ensure units correctly apply receiving processes, material requisition flows, and PAR level replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Track IDS KPIs and support units in understanding performance.
• Conduct compliance checks and document findings for corrective action (IFBL).
• Support creation of dashboards or reporting tools that visualize IDS performance
