gategroup in Reston, VA is seeking a Process Owner – IDS to support the Senior Process Owner by managing day-to-day development, maintenance, deployment, and improvement of IDS processes at the regional level. The role focuses on requirements gathering, documentation, training, and KPI tracking to drive effective deployment and optimization.

Annual Hiring Range: $90,000- $95,000 per year with incentive pay of 10% based on goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Operations) is required.
• 3+ years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IDS SOPs, route maps, and delivery schedules.
• Support units in material flows and PAR levels; deliver training for new rollouts.
• Ensure correct receiving, FIFO/FEFO rules, and traceability tools.
