Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Process Engineer II to own the technical processes for IDAP equipment, driving improvements, validation, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and suppliers to resolve issues and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• GMP or regulated manufacturing experience following controlled procedures.
• Hands-on experience with IDAP‑related technologies is preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical process for assigned IDAP equipment and maintains centerlines and operating procedures.
• Drives continuous improvement, validation, changeover reduction, and waste minimization.
• Leads validation activities and drafts URS, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports.
• Supports quality systems, change controls, investigations, and document control.
• Provides training and supports capital projects and asset lifecycle planning.
