Job summary

gategroup seeks a Process Owner – IDS to manage regional development, deployment, and continuous improvement of IDS processes. You will focus on requirements gathering, documentation, training, and performance tracking across units.

The role ensures correct execution of IDS standards, material flow rules, delivery schedules, and traceability controls per the IDS Core Process document. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• At least 3 years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics.
• Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IDS SOPs, route maps, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Support units in designing IDS material flows tailored to their layout, volumes, and constraints.
• Deliver training sessions and support new process rollouts.
• Ensure units apply receiving processes and PAR level replenishment.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and rollout of IDS tools.
