Job summary

ibml seeks a Software Solutions Engineer to bridge sales, product, delivery, and customers across the Intelligent Document Processing space. You will design, demonstrate, and scope document automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work directly with prospects to configure IDP software, develop solution architectures, and provide implementation effort estimates, with travel up to 50% to support engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Up to 4 years in a pre-sales or related customer-facing role.
• Experience configuring enterprise software solutions.
• Strong presentation and customer communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and automation requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and architectures.
• Configure IDP software environments for customer use cases.
• Create proofs-of-concept and demonstrations for prospects.
• Produce implementation estimates and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with sales, product and delivery teams to address customer needs.
