U.S. Bank is seeking a Tungsten Intelligent Document Processing Engineer to join the IDP organization.

This role designs, develops, and supports AI-driven document automation using Tungsten, C#/.NET, SQL, and Azure, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The successful candidate has hands-on Tungsten/IDP experience, strong .NET skills, and a track record delivering production-grade applications in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Tungsten development or IDP platform experience.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience.
• SQL/database development experience.
• Experience building IDP solutions.
• Experience with document extraction, classification, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Experience with Azure and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on AI/ML integration.
• Production-grade software engineering background.
• Ability to translate requirements with business partners.
• 3+ years Tungsten/IDP experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support IDP solutions using Tungsten/Kofax or similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET and SQL technologies.
• Build solutions focused on document extraction, classification, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise business applications.
• Utilize Azure technologies and cloud-based platforms to support scalable solution delivery.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions across multiple business lines.
• Contribute to emerging Generative AI and IDP initiatives that improve efficiency and document intelligence capabilities.
