Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.

Responsabilités

• Own the IDP enablement library—playbooks, templates, onboarding materials, and team wiki.
• Produce the recurring IDP newsletter and stakeholder communications with clear business rationale.
• Build reusable frameworks, templates, and shared resources for scalable IDP programs.
• Coordinate field, partner, and specialist activation across IDP v-teams and field stakeholders.
• Define governance standards and cadence to ensure consistent enablement across all IDPs.
