Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Program Manager to direct the execution of IDIQ and awarded task orders. You will lead cross-functional teams and act as the primary liaison with government leadership, contracting officers, and technical points of contact.

You will manage PWS requirements, ensure compliance, oversee budgeting and scheduling across multiple task orders, and deliver executive briefings and status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience in Federal law enforcement contexts.
• PMP certification required.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Experience leading 100+ person teams across on-site, hybrid, and remote locations.
• Experience directing staff, contractors, and task leads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior program manager for IDIQ and awarded task orders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with government leadership and COs/POCs.
• Manage PWS contract requirements and deliverables.
• Provide executive briefings, dashboards, and responses to data calls.
• Oversee budgeting, schedule, staffing, quality, and performance across multiple orders.
