Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams across multiple locations including on-site, hybrid, and remote.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage performance of staff and leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with federal contracts and government clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of the IDIQ and all task orders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and clear roles.
• Manage contract requirements, deliverables, and performance.
• Serve as primary contact with government leadership and CO/COR.
