Job summary

Baselayer is seeking a technical bridge-builder to translate complex engineering concepts into actionable customer solutions. You will guide API integrations, craft implementation plans, and deliver demonstrations that showcase Baselayer’s identity verification capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing position.
• Fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies.
• Ability to document requirements effectively.
• Natural problem-solver who enjoys solving complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation: understand customer requirements and design implementation strategies for Baselayer's identity verification solutions.
• Implementation Support: guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful deployment.
• Solution Design: create technical documentation and implementation plans addressing customer needs.
• Product Demonstrations: deliver technical demonstrations of Baselayer's capabilities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Technical Documentation: develop implementation guides and architectures for various scenarios.
• Customer Training: educate customers on Baselayer's products and APIs.
• Feedback Loop: collect and communicate customer feedback to product/engineering.
• Continuous Learning: stay current with industry trends in identity verification.
• Post-implementation Support: provide ongoing technical guidance.
