Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing and passwordless authentication across enterprise environments. You will integrate 1Kosmos BlockID, Microsoft Verified ID, IdRamp, CLEAR, Entra ID/Azure AD, and various IAM platforms while supporting onboarding and biometrics verification.

The role emphasizes secure authentication, compliance with NIST 800-63, and collaboration with IAM architects and cybersecurity teams to deliver scalable identity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of IAM experience.
• 2+ years with 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Experience with identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometrics.
• Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Configure and support document verification, biometric authentication, facial recognition, liveness detection, and identity assurance controls.
• Implement IAL2‑grade identity proofing aligned with NIST 800-63.
• Integrate IAM platforms and automate onboarding for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.
