Job summary
EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing and passwordless authentication for large-scale enterprise onboarding. You will configure 1Kosmos BlockID, Microsoft Verified ID, and IdRamp with Entra ID/Azure AD, integrate with IAM and ITSM platforms, and ensure secure, compliant identity verification across workforce onboarding.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Security, IS, or related field.
- 3–5+ years IAM experience.
- 2+ years hands-on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementation.
- Experience with identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement identity proofing workflows per NIST 800-63.
- Configure document verification, biometric auth, liveness detection.
- Integrate 1Kosmos with Entra ID / Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
- Develop API-based integrations and SAML/OIDC/SCIM workflows.
- Support onboarding for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot identity verification issues.
- Participate in architecture reviews and solution development.
