Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing and passwordless authentication for large-scale enterprise onboarding. You will configure 1Kosmos BlockID, Microsoft Verified ID, and IdRamp with Entra ID/Azure AD, integrate with IAM and ITSM platforms, and ensure secure, compliant identity verification across workforce onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Security, IS, or related field.
• 3–5+ years IAM experience.
• 2+ years hands-on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementation.
• Experience with identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows per NIST 800-63.
• Configure document verification, biometric auth, liveness detection.
• Integrate 1Kosmos with Entra ID / Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
• Develop API-based integrations and SAML/OIDC/SCIM workflows.
• Support onboarding for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot identity verification issues.
• Participate in architecture reviews and solution development.
