Job summary
EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and operate identity proofing workflows, passwordless authentication, and IAM integrations across enterprise systems in a remote, US-wide role. You will configure 1Kosmos BlockID and Microsoft Verified ID with Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML/OAuth, SCIM, and biometric verification, supporting onboarding for employees, contractors, and privileged users.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
- 3–5+ years IAM experience with identities and access management.
- 2+ years with 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementations.
- Experience with passwordless authentication and biometrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate identity proofing workflows with 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
- Configure document verification, biometric auth, liveness, and identity controls.
- Implement IAM integrations and onboarding for employees and contractors.
- Integrate IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta) and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
