Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design, implement and manage identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID. You will configure biometrics, liveness detection, and passwordless authentication, while integrating Entra ID/Azure AD, IdRamp and CLEAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years IAM experience with focus on identity proofing and passwordless authentication.
• 2+ years hands-on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementations.
• Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Configure document verification, biometric authentication, liveness, and identity controls.
• IAM platform administration: 1Kosmos BlockID, Entra ID/Azure AD, IdRamp, CLEAR.
• Integrate IAM and ITSM tools; develop API-based integrations and security automation.
• Support security/compliance activities and audit readiness.
