Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID, and to integrate with Entra ID / Azure AD. You will configure document verification, biometrics, liveness detection, and passwordless authentication while ensuring compliance with NIST 800-63 guidelines.

The role covers integration with IdRamp, CLEAR, and various IAM platforms, plus on‑going platform health monitoring and security documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 2+ years of hands‑on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows.
• Configure and support verification, biometric authentication, facial recognition, and liveness detection.
• Integrate 1Kosmos with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
• Develop and support API‑based integrations and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Support onboarding journeys for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.
