Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement IAM workflows across 1Kosmos BlockID and Microsoft Verified ID platforms. You will configure document verification, biometrics, liveness, and passwordless authentication to support onboarding for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.

You will integrate 1Kosmos with Entra ID/Azure AD, IdRamp, CLEAR, and other IAM tools, monitor platform health, and ensure compliance with security standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5+ years IAM experience with strong identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometrics.
• Experience implementing IAM integrations and onboarding workflows at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Configure and support document verification, biometric authentication, facial recognition, liveness detection.
• Implement IAL2-grade proofing per NIST 800-63 guidelines.
• Integrate 1Kosmos with Entra ID/Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot identity verification issues.
• Develop API-based integrations and manage SAML/OIDC/SCIM configurations.
