Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Governance Analyst to shape the global IAM strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, and business teams to translate identity and governance requirements into scalable capabilities.

The role focuses on evaluating emerging identity technologies, driving AI-enabled governance initiatives, and delivering enterprise-wide IAM solutions aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of technology experience with 4-5+ years in IAM/IAG, business analysis, product management, or strategy; SailPoint or similar IGA experience required.
• Strong expertise in identity governance, access management, authentication, authorization, RBAC, privileged access, federation, identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-functional collaborators to gather identity, access, governance, security, compliance, and business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Lead discovery and analysis efforts evaluating emerging identity technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Support IAM strategy for AI-enabled and emerging technologies by assessing governance, risks, opportunities, and business use cases.
• Evaluate IAM products for business value, functional fit, integration needs, and enterprise alignment.
• Document IAM capabilities, data flows, integrations, dependencies, and opportunities for simplification and reuse.
• Define user-centered requirements balancing security, compliance, scalability, and user experience.
• Manage and prioritize the IAM backlog, standards, and documentation to align with business objectives.
• Present recommendations and roadmaps across teams to drive successful delivery.
