Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior/Staff RBAC Discovery & Solutions Integration Specialist to drive access governance across applications, data platforms, and enterprise systems. You will onboard new apps, integrate RBAC into tech and processes, and support global initiatives within the Identity and Access Governance Team.

As part of the RBAC Core Team, you will design scalable solutions, expand RBAC coverage, and strengthen security while collaborating across business, IT, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong IAM and RBAC expertise; SailPoint experience preferred.
• Experience with directory services and data platforms; governance of data sources.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to report on data insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate on RBAC project core team and support key decisions.
• Identify access control improvements and strengthen least-privilege.
• Collaborate with business, IT, security, and apps teams to inventory systems.
• Analyze systems for RBAC readiness and security design opportunities.
• Stay current on security trends and integrate them into Micron’s framework.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and efficiency.
• Lead special projects to expand RBAC coverage across the enterprise.
