Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Staff RBAC Discovery & Solutions Integration Specialist to lead global access control initiatives across applications, data platforms, and enterprise systems.

You will onboard new apps, integrate RBAC into processes, and advance Micron’s Zero Trust strategy. You will collaborate with IT, security, and business teams, design scalable IAM solutions, and push for continuous improvement using AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field, with 5+ years of experience.
Strong IAM / RBAC expertise with SailPoint experience preferred.
Hands-on with directory services (AD, LDAP, Entra ID, Unix LDAP), GCP, Snowflake.
Analytical, data-driven, and able to report using Excel and AI-powered tools.
Self-motivated, collaborative, with strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Participate on the RBAC project’s core team by assisting with key decisions and activities.
Identify access control improvements to strengthen security and least-privilege access.
Collaborate with business, IT, security, and application teams to document access models.
Analyze applications and data platforms for RBAC readiness and gaps.
Stay updated on security trends and integrate them into Micron’s security framework.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance analysis, research, and efficiency.
Lead special projects to broaden RBAC coverage across the enterprise.
