ConductorOne, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how the market understands our identity security platform and why it matters.

You will drive end-to-end launches, sharpen positioning, and equip the field to win in deals. You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to translate complex capabilities into compelling narratives, build proof points from customer stories and metrics, and align ICPs with buyer personas.

Qualifications

• Strong product marketing background in B2B SaaS and security domains.
• Excellent storytelling and ability to translate complex product capabilities into buyer-friendly language.
• Experience running launches and sales enablement that moves pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own product launches end-to-end: messaging, assets, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop positioning and messaging consistent across website, decks, and campaigns.
• Own sales enablement: build pitches and train the field so the story lands in deals.
• Support competitive intelligence and differentiate in the IGA/identity landscape.
• Collaborate with product management to shape roadmap narratives and buyer personas.
• Create customer proof points through stories, metrics, and content.
