Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own the product story for our identity security platform across AI, Workforce, and Workload. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the platform narrative and competitive positioning, and equip marketing, sales, and the field to carry that story into market.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution: you will set the direction and write the messaging your team and the wider marketing org build on.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Owned a platform-level narrative across a multi-product portfolio
• Breadth across workforce identity, workload identity, or AI security
• Proven success crafting messaging that drives revenue growth or adoption
• Strong storytelling to unify product lines under one voice
• Experience preparing Gartner/Forrester/KuppingerCole submissions and briefings

Responsibilities

• Own platform narrative & positioning across AI, Workforce, and Workload units
• Own product messaging, naming, and framework consistency
• Enable field teams with narrative curriculum, plays, and objection handling
• Lead PMM craft assessment and drive career development within the unit
• Oversee competitive intelligence and analyst relations with a defined framework
