Job summary

ConductorOne, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive customer adoption and success by delivering technical expertise and architecting secure, scalable identity solutions.

We are looking for someone who can guide customers through evaluations, architect end-to-end IAM/IGA/CIEM/PAM architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure with a focus on identity security and automation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or IAM/IGA roles.
• Foundational knowledge of authentication, authorization, and cloud IAM basics.
• Experience with identity services such as Okta, Entra ID, LDAP, and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on with AWS IAM Identity Center, GCP IAM, and Azure AD RBAC governance.
• Proficiency with Go, APIs, SDKs, JSON/YAML, scripting, and IaC (Terraform).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on identity governance and access control strategies.
• Architect and deliver IAM/IGA/CIEM/PAM solutions mapping business needs to scalable architectures.
• Lead workshops, whiteboard sessions, and demos to show value of identity automation.
• Design and implement integration strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Explain protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2 to engineers and CISOs.
• Build and test custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, and Terraform.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share thought leadership with teams and customers.
