Job summary

1Kosmos, a leader in identity verification, seeks a Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Analyst Relations, and Demand Gen. You will translate complex identity tech into buyer-focused value for CISOs, IAM leaders, and security teams, crafting messaging and enablement that drives adoption across offerings and new initiatives.

You will own positioning, storytelling, and category narratives, ensuring compelling proofs and assets for field teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including startup/high-growth environments.
• Strong domain fluency in identity, IAM, cybersecurity, fraud/risk, workforce security, or adjacent enterprise tech markets.
• Proven track record building positioning from the ground up and validating with customers and sellers.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with technical architecture, security, compliance, procurement, partners, and business value.
• Evidence that enablement changed seller behavior or outcomes, not just content produced.
• Strong competitive instincts and ability to differentiate meaningful differentiation from feature noise.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment for CISO-ready stories, seller assets, analyst narratives, or partner briefs.
• Comfort with AI-assisted research and content workflows while protecting confidential information and ensuring clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, use case, partner, and vertical messaging.
• Translate technical differentiation into buyer-facing value for CISOs, IAM leaders, fraud/risk teams, security architects, HR/workforce leaders, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Define ICPs, buyer personas, jobs-to-be-done, use-case maps, and proof points for Sales and Marketing operational use.
• Shape category viewpoints around verified identity, continuous trust, and reusable identities.
• Partner with Sales leadership on priority opportunities and create reusable collateral from recurring questions.
• Lead enablement for major launches and new narratives with live sessions, modules, and knowledge checks.
• Develop a repeatable customer-evidence program with case studies, testimonials, and proof-point slides.
