Major-Key is seeking an experienced Solution Architect on the Presales team to design identity security solutions and guide customers through discovery and architecture discussions. The role emphasizes a consultative, technical voice with strong collaboration across Sales and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate brings SailPoint expertise and broad knowledge of Entra, CyberArk, and related identity security technologies, with a track record of actionable recommendations and high-quality artifacts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in technical presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering.
• Deep SailPoint Identity Security expertise with IGA, Entra, and CyberArk knowledge.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into scalable security architectures.

• Conduct technical discovery workshops to assess identity security environments.
• Develop high-level solution architectures and designs aligned with customer needs.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoC strategies.
• Develop accurate statements of work, scopes, and effort estimates with Sales.
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and discovery documentation.
• Follow presales processes and improve efficiency and consistency.
• Manage multiple presales opportunities with documentation and deadlines.
• Evaluate architectures and modernization strategies for identity security.
• Collaborate with technology partners to validate solutions and roadmaps.
• Participate in opportunity qualification, account planning, and tech sales strategy.
• Facilitate structured technical handoffs to delivery teams.
