We are seeking a Technical Security Product Manager to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of technical security products with enterprise-wide impact.

This is a hybrid onsite opportunity for someone who began their career in a highly technical identity/security role and transitioned into product management. The ideal candidate understands the technology at a detailed level and can translate business needs, stakeholder feedback, industry trends, and data into a clear product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and product roadmap for technical security products within a defined business area
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology leaders, architects, and engineering teams to understand needs and articulate effective solutions
• Evaluate industry trends and emerging identity technologies and translate them into actionable product strategies
• Drive modernization and transformation initiatives, including migrations from legacy identity platforms to modern identity solutions
• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into execution plans and measurable outcomes
• Use analytics and data to support product decisions, prioritize investments, and demonstrate business impact
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and business audiences

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in identity and access management technologies
• Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity/PING Platform, or similar technologies
• Demonstrated progression from a technical engineering or architecture role into Product Management
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and execution
• Experience with identity transformation and modernization initiatives
• Comfortable interfacing with Technology Leads, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders
• Analytical and data-driven approach to product decisions
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution articulation skills
