Job summary

Entrust is hiring a 1st shift Field Service Technician in Romeoville, IL to service and maintain Entrust equipment at customer sites. You will perform preventative and emergency maintenance, drive to customer sites, and work with minimal supervision while ensuring devices operate correctly.

You will interact with customer operations staff, prioritize reliability, and participate in company training to develop skills in ERP, diagnostics, and hands-on repairs across electromechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Field service technician role in Romeoville, IL.
• Shift is 1st shift (M-F) with 8:00am-4:30pm hours.
• Requires ability to perform preventative and emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on systems including embossers, laminating, magstripe, and related components.
• Drive to customer sites daily to provide service and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory levels in the ERP system and document service activity.
