Job summary

Entrust is hiring for a Field Service Technician - 2nd Shift in Coppell, TX. The role provides on-site electromechanical maintenance and service on Entrust Datacard equipment, diagnoses issues, and works with autonomy to keep customer systems running.

Qualified candidates have an Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent, at least 2 years of electromechanical experience, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Travel and overtime are required; familiarity with Oracle ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2 years of electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Electromechanical emergency and preventative maintenance on Entrust Datacard equipment.
• Customer interaction and maintaining reliable relationships with operations staff.
