Job summary

Entrust is hiring a Field Service Technician for 2nd shift in Coppell, TX. You will service Entrust equipment at customer sites, performing preventative and emergency maintenance with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent verifiable training.
• Minimum 2 years electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient with PCs, current operating systems and software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment problems with autonomy.
• Drive to customer sites to service equipment.
• Utilize Oracle ERP to manage inventory and report service activities.
• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer relations.
