Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Practice Manager – Identity to lead a team of consultants and deliver identity-focused services, including PAM, Cloud Identity, and IAM capabilities. You will define methodologies, oversee project execution, and drive business development to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable value.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, guide delivery governance, and mentor senior consultants while aligning offerings with market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in Identity technologies with at least 5 years in practice/delivery leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner or customer events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Identity consulting team, including resource allocation and professional development.
• Oversee delivery of Identity engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Identity and access management strategies.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices across all Identity service offerings.
• Drive practice growth through pre-sales support, proposal development, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Identity offerings with organizational goals and market trends.
