You will shape methodologies, manage client relationships, and ensure high‑quality delivery aligned with market demand.

The role requires deep Identity expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive business development and pre‑sales activities. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science or business.
• 10+ years in identity technologies with 5+ years in practice management or delivery leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner or customer events.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP; CyberArk/Okta/CrowdStrike certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity consulting team, including resource allocation and performance management.
• Oversee delivery of Identity engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients on Identity and access management strategies.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices across Identity offerings.
• Drive practice growth through pre-sales support, proposal development, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Identity offerings with market trends.
