Job summary

SHI International Corp in the United States seeks a Practice Manager – Identity to lead a consulting team delivering PAM, Cloud Identity, Endpoint Identity, IAM and related identity security services. You will guide methodology, delivery quality, client relationships, and business development to create measurable value.

You’ll define strategies, oversee projects, and drive growth while aligning offerings with market demand and client needs. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required with 10+ years in Identity technologies.
• Hands-on delivery leadership experience with enterprise identity platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner or customer events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Identity consulting team, including resource allocation and performance management.
• Oversee delivery of Identity engagements with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients on IAM, PAM, authentication, and cloud identity strategies.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices across Identity offerings.
• Drive practice growth through pre-sales support, proposals, and thought leadership.
