Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Identity & Access Management Leader to build and lead a comprehensive IAM function across workforce, customers, and non-human identities. You will partner with CISO, navigate regulatory priorities, and drive multi-platform identity programs in a global, matrixed organization.

You will lead strategy, architecture, and operations, oversee IGA and PAM programs, and establish metrics to demonstrate value and risk reduction. U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise IAM strategy, operating model, and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee IAM transformation initiatives with program execution and budget accountability.
• Lead Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) including lifecycle management, access requests, and role management.
• Drive Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy and tooling, including vaulting and secrets management.
• Lead authentication, SSO, MFA, federation, and modern authentication methods across enterprise.
• Drive cloud/workload identity standards across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Align IAM capabilities to risk, compliance, and audit requirements across frameworks.
