Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Practice Manager for Identity to lead a team of consultants and drive successful delivery of Identity-focused services. The role spans PAM, Cloud Identity, Endpoint Identity, IAM, and related identity security capabilities.

You will define methodologies, oversee project execution, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development with strong leadership and market insight.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery leadership experience with enterprise identity platforms (10+ years).
• At least 5 years in a practice management or delivery management role.
• Broad knowledge of IAM, PAM, authentication, federation, directory services, and cloud identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity consulting team including resource allocation and performance management.
• Oversee delivery of Identity engagements with scope, timelines, and quality adherence.
• Serve as trusted advisor on Identity and access management strategies.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.
• Drive practice growth via pre-sales support, proposals, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with market trends.
