Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments. You will partner with engineering and security teams to implement identity governance, access controls, and automation, driving DevOps integration and policy-based security.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, hands-on engineering experience, and the ability to translate security requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, cybersecurity, engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management with direct reports.
• Experience leading IAM, security/platform engineering, cloud, or related teams.
• Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle management, governance, and privileged access.
