Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant work experience with identity and access management, system administration, or directory services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the identity lifecycle for students, faculty, and staff.
• Support authentication, authorization, and access provisioning for on-premises and cloud systems.
• Maintain systems, automation, and controls connecting Penn platforms.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, GLBA, and institutional security policies.
