Job summary

Lansing Community College is seeking an Identity Management (IDM) Analyst to run the daily identity lifecycle for students, faculty, and staff. You will manage authentication, access provisioning, and authorization across on-premises and cloud platforms, ensuring timely access to resources.

Join a collaborative Information Security team and maintain IAM systems and automation while upholding FERPA, GLBA, and campus security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant work experience with identity and access management, system administration, or directory services, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the identity lifecycle for students, faculty, and staff.
• Support authentication, authorization, and access provisioning across on-premises and cloud systems.
• Maintain systems, automation, and controls connecting Ellucian Banner, Microsoft 365, D2L Brightspace, and other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, GLBA, and institutional security policies.
