Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents, document findings and preventive recommendations.
• Assess client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and document deployed systems.
• Coordinate deployments, testing, and version control, ensuring environment readiness.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and continuity plans to maintain standards.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning to optimize systems.
