FedEx Logistics is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join our Identity and Access Management team for Purple ID, our enterprise IAM platform powered by Okta. You will secure authentication, access, and application onboarding across the FedEx environment while leveraging AI and automation to streamline IAM workflows.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on IAM experience with strong troubleshooting, infrastructure, and security skills, and will contribute to modernizing legacy identity
Formación
- Two (2) years of IT security experience.
- Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
- Experience with IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, or access management.
Responsabilidades
- Implements, administers and supports IAM technologies.
- Supports Okta/Purple ID environment including MFA and app onboarding.
- Onboards applications to Okta (SSO/SAML/OIDC) and integrates with AD/LDAP and SailPoint.
- Troubleshoots identity, authentication and access issues across enterprise environments.
- Automates IAM processes and leverages AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
- Participates in on-call rotation after proficiency is achieved.
- Writes and debugs scripts using PowerShell, Python or JavaScript to automate identity tasks.
