FedEx is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support Identity and Access Management on the Purple ID platform (enterprise identity powered by Okta) in a hybrid environment. The role involves implementing and supporting IAM technologies, onboarding applications to Okta, and working with Active Directory/LDAP, SailPoint, and PAM.

You will troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues while collaborating with multiple teams to secure enterprise identity services and respond to security

Formación

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, technologies, and security principles.
• Experience with security and risk frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge or practical experience with AI/ML concepts and tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM, authentication, or access management environments.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, administer, and support IAM technologies across domains.
• Support Okta/Purple ID environment, including authentication and MFA.
• Assist with onboarding applications to Okta using SSO and integrate with enterprise directories.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve security, reliability, and scalability of identity services.
