FedEx Logistics is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Principal to lead the enterprise directory and certificate services, focusing on AD DS, OUD LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID. You will govern security, resilience, and hardening across hybrid environments to protect the identity tier.

Responsibilities include defining target architectures, enforcing baselines, and guiding engineering teams on identity security. This hybrid role supports Memphis, TN and other FedEx campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in IT information security.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce target-state directory architecture and security baselines across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Lead security engineering for AD DS and OUD, including governance, trust relationships, and hardening.
• Architect and secure Oracle Unified Directory deployments with replication and ACIs.
• Design and govern Entra ID configurations, Conditional Access, and hybrid sync.
• Document and validate forest recovery and disaster recovery runbooks for rapid restoration.
