Chubb Insurance is seeking a Lead Program Delivery Manager for Identity and Access Management in Philadelphia, PA. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering projects related to identity and access management; experience delivering projects focused across broader information security domain(s), technology, or a related field could be considered
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledge
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools
• Experience leading agile teams, scrum ceremonies, and delivery in a multifaceted environment
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
• Experience with identity management solutions, Active Directory/Azure identity integration patterns, and Agile tools such as Jira is preferred
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred, but not required with relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the Identity Management delivery team and ensure Scrum practices are followed
• Define and deliver MVP releases to improve access management
• Onboard applications to the new IGA solution and advance PAM and authentication
• Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodologies and mentor Scrum teams
• Manage tasks, scope, timelines, and deliverables across global teams
• Prepare status reports and executive updates for stakeholders
