Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering IAM projects.
• Experience delivering projects across broader information security domains or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience; strong PM knowledge and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identity management solution delivery team and ensure Scrum practices are followed.
• Define, measure, and drive MVP releases to improve access management for profiles and apps.
• Advance privileged access management and authentication capabilities.
• Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methods; mentor Scrum teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, processes, and deliverables; track progress and risks.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos.
• Present status reports and updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and stay current on IAM technologies.
