Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Lead Program Delivery Manager for Identity and Access Management in Philadelphia, PA. You will drive delivery of IAM initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure Scrum practices are followed across MVP releases, onboarding apps to the IGA solution, and advancing PAM and authentication capabilities.

The role requires 3+ years of project management in IAM, strong communications, stakeholder management, and experience with AD/Azure integrations and Jira.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience delivering IAM projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools.
• Experience leading agile teams and Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with identity management solutions and AD/Azure integration; Jira preferred.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Identity Management solution implementation team and ensure Scrum practices are followed.
• Define, measure, and drive MVP releases; onboard applications to the IGA solution; advance privileged access management and authentication capabilities.
• Use agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver solutions; train and mentor Scrum teams.
• Manage tasks, scope, timelines, processes, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and testing.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; remove impediments; drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, stakeholders, and leadership; prepare status reports and updates.
• Manage complex global security projects and initiatives; process improvement, metrics, and operating reviews.
• Collaborate with global/regional IT teams; ensure stakeholders understand responsibilities.
• Stay current on identity and security technologies and provide recommendations based on metrics.

Job Description

As our Lead Program Delivery Manager - Identity and Access Management, you will oversee and drive the delivery of Chubb’s identity and access management initiatives, combining agile solution delivery with global security program management. You will lead cross functional teams to deliver capabilities across access management, privileged access management, authentication, and identity governance, while also executing strategic security projects that strengthen the policies, procedures, tools, and controls protecting the confidentiality, integrity, privacy, and availability of systems, networks, and data. Experience delivering projects across the broader information security domain or related technology domains may also be sufficient

In this role, you will:

• Lead the priorities and delivery of the Identity Management solution implementation team and ensure development teams follow Scrum frameworks and agile practices
• Define, measure, and drive delivery of MVP releases to improve access management by profile group, support onboarding of applications into the new IGA solution, and advance privileged access management and authentication capabilities
• Use agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver solutions while training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams
• Manage tasks, action items, project scope, timelines, processes, and deliverables
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and testing activities
• Monitor progress, performance, risks, and issues, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and leadership, and prepare and present status reports, executive updates, briefings, and reporting
• Manage complex global security projects and strategic initiatives, including process improvement, metrics definition, operating reviews, and presentation development
• Collaborate with global and regional IT teams and ensure stakeholders understand responsibilities and expected outcomes
• Stay current on identity and security technologies and industry developments, and provide recommendations based on key metrics and security trends

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering projects related to identity and access management; experience delivering projects focused across broader information security domain(s), technology, or a related field could be considered
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledge
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools
• Experience leading agile teams, scrum ceremonies, and delivery in a multifaceted environment
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences
• Experience with identity management solutions, Active Directory/Azure identity integration patterns, and Agile tools such as Jira is preferred
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred, but not required with relevant experience
