Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking an Identity Management Analyst II to manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and IAM workflow activities. You will support end users with access issues and work with IAM tools to ensure secure, compliant access to enterprise apps and data.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a focus on identity lifecycle, Epic security, and coordination with IT and security teams. Strong preferred credentials include CompTIA Security+ and A+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years IT provisioning or Identity Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage user account provisioning, deprovisioning and lifecycles.
• Provide Tier 2 end-user support and resolve access issues.
• Analyze access issues and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Maintain security workflows and IAM tools with best practices.
• Document role-based access and participate in go-live activities.
• Support after-hours on-call activities as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and system security across apps.
