This role focuses on safeguarding access to critical business systems and protecting data across the enterprise, collaborating with IT, internal audit, and business teams to enhance security operations. You will manage user accounts, control access, and support provisioning across SAP Identity Management, Active Directory, and related IAM platforms, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in information security, IAM, or related IT discipline
• Experience administering user access, permissions, and authentication within enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of SAP security roles and SAP Identity Management
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Administering Identity & Access Management across enterprise systems.
• Support SAP security roles and provisioning through SAP Identity Management.
• Monitor security compliance and assist with audit activities.
• Deliver Tier II security and access-related support and issue resolution.
• Develop documentation and use automation to improve user administration processes.
