Zusammenfassung

UHS is seeking a seasoned Identity Governance and Access Management professional to support and optimize IGA/IAM capabilities across lifecycle workflows, RBAC, and entitlement management. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to streamline onboarding and access controls, while mentoring junior staff.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in information security or IAM, with hands-on AD/Entra ID, SIEM, and DLP tooling experience to protect data and enable compliant access

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in information security, IAM, or related areas.
• Working knowledge of IGA/IAM concepts and RBAC.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID and enterprise security controls.

Aufgaben

• Support implementation, administration, and operation of IGA and IAM capabilities.
• Manage identity lifecycle workflows including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Administer RBAC, access governance, and entitlement management.
• Analyze identity data to detect inappropriate or excessive access.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen governance through automation and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, HR, compliance, and owners on onboarding and access controls.
• Serve as SME for at least one technology/process and mentor junior staff.
• Monitor maintenance/enhancement issues for the UHS Customer Support Center.
