Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking an Information Security Analyst II focused on Identity Management. You will help design, deploy, and operate IGA/IAM capabilities across affiliates, safeguarding access controls and lifecycle processes.

You will collaborate with Identity Engineering, Cybersecurity, HR and business stakeholders, acting as SME for key technologies and guiding junior staff while aligning with SOX, HIPAA and HITRUST frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in information systems, cybersecurity, risk management or computer science preferred.
• 3–5 years of information security, IAM or related tech experience.
• Experience with IGA/IAM concepts including lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and access reviews.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ERP identity lifecycle and regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, HITECH).
• Proficiency with scripting or automation; knowledge of identity integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and operation of IGA/IAM capabilities, including lifecycle management, provisioning, and access certifications.
• Analyze access data and processes to identify excessive or orphaned access and support remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on onboarding, access models, and controls.
• Act as SME for at least one technology/process and guide junior staff.
• Monitor maintenance/enhancement issue resolutions and perform additional duties as needed.
