Job summary

Selby Jennings, a global financial services organization, seeks an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support enterprise-wide access governance and user entitlement administration. You will help ensure appropriate system access for employees, contractors, and third-party users while supporting regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or Cybersecurity Operations.
• Experience with user provisioning, access governance, role management, or access recertification processes.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint or comparable identity governance solutions.
• Understanding of privileged access management concepts and controls.
• Exposure to automation, APIs, workflow development, or system integrations.
• Knowledge of security and risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar standards.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and security technologies.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, or regulatory examinations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Financial services industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer user access requests, modifications, and removals across a variety of business applications and technology platforms.
• Support identity governance processes to ensure user entitlements are aligned with business responsibilities and security policies.
• Execute periodic access certification campaigns and partner with stakeholders to validate access appropriateness.
• Produce access control and compliance reporting for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
• Monitor privileged account activity and assist with governance of elevated access across enterprise systems.
• Maintain and improve access management procedures, workflows, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve access-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM operations through automation, system integrations, and process optimization.
• Participate in audit reviews, regulatory exams, and control testing activities.
• Support ongoing efforts to strengthen access controls across both internal and third-party environments.
