Job summary

Michigan State University College of Engineering’s ID Administrator role sits within MSU IT’s ID Office. You’ll help create, manage, and verify NetIDs and ID cards for students, staff, employees, retirees, and affiliates on campus.

You will work with customers and internal MSU staff to analyze problems of technical complexity and deliver excellent service within standard hours—Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm—on-site in East Lansing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree.
• 1–3 years of related IT experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and needs of technical complexity while assisting customers and internal staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to the MSU community and maintain accurate identity provisioning.
• Work with the ID Office to manage NetIDs and ID card provisioning.
